ADULT CLASS OFFERINGS FOR THE FALL QUARTER:

(1) Adult Bible Class  - Studies in Ezekiel, Isaiah, and Jeremiah

This quarter studies three important Old Testament prophets.  It looks at the call and prophecies of Isaiah,

how he told the people to repent and bear fruit, to care for the poor, and what God planned for their future.

It looks at Jeremiah and his call for people to have a heart-to-heart relationship with God

and to spend their lives serving others instead of themselves.

Prophesying during the exile, Ezekiel tells the people to take responsibility for their sins

and not blame their ancestors, so that they may repent and be restored to the Promised Land.

(2) "Old Testament Characters" by Peter Scazzero

This LifeGuide Bible study takes a look at the lives of twelve people

such as Samuel, Caleb, Joshua, Hannah and Esther.

It can help us live in the present by examining the lives of those in the past.

Their faith, holiness and commitment are qualities that can be goals for us.

(3)"Tell the Truth" by Will Metzger

"Tell the Truth" is a training manual on the message and methods of God-centered witnessing.

"Instead of relying on manipulative and man-centered methods of evangelism,

Metzger explains how to introduce people to Jesus Christ in a way that glorifies God."

(Phillip Graham Ryken, senior pastor, Tenth Presbyterian Church, Philadelphia)

We look forward to you and your family joining us

for our Worship Services

as well as our Sunday School classes.
