Text Box: Sewing Group Text Box: Attention Women and Men: The Sewing Committee is meeting for a special sewing project on Monday, September, 14, 2009. We are tying double size quilts for "The Shepherd of the Street", a mission our church supports so the quilts are ready for the cold Winter. Please bring scissors and a bag lunch. Beverage will be provided. Looking forward to 2010; January thru March the Sewing Committee will be meeting on Monday mornings 9 AM to 12 noon; cutting silky material, stuffing neck pillows, sewing on buttons, cutting quilt patches, matching patches and tying lap robes. These items are donated to Sycamore Manor Health Center.              If you desire to see renewal in your life, and if you desire to see our church revival-ready, daily let us commit ourselves to this one task, for it is the highest exercise of the gospel in our lives--- to be so happy in the righteousness of Jesus Christ that we defy the devil and all his destroying accusations and throw them back into his face to shame him even as we triumph by faith in Christ, to his honor and glory as the only Savior of sinners.  In this God is supremely glorified, the church is revived, and His people flourish too!
