             Our annual Lycoming Centre Thanksgiving Dinner will be held Sunday November 23rd following the 11:00 AM worship service.  This is a great time to come together for food and fellowship with our church family.  Please plan to stay and be a part of this special time!

             Amy Peck has provided special music for our worship services on numerous occasions and has also helped with music at one of the Youth retreats. She therefore is extending an invitation to attend her Senior Recital.  It will be:

3:00 p.m.

     First United Methodist Church Sanctuary

2 Ross Street, Williamsport

Music style will consist of: Classical Vocal, Music Theater Vocal,                           Classical Violin, and Contemporary Vocal with Piano.

*Languages in repertoire will include: English, Italian, Latin, and French.

Free Admission

All are welcome!

 Refreshments will be provided after the recital.

             Wilson and Jean Redka would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all who attended the fellowship hour on October 19^th to help them celebrate their 65^th wedding anniversary.  It was great to share this time with the church family!

             At the dinner with their children and Wilson’s brother the evening before, it was noted that the five couples present represented 230 years of marriage!  That’s quite a landmark in this day and age!

             When asked for the key to a long and happy married life, Jean Redka shared a favorite saying, “The secret to joy” she said, “is Jesus first, Others second and Yourself last.” Congratulations Jean and Wilson!
